Piano moving,
done right.

Moving a piano requires specialized equipment, trained technicians, and a proven system. At Kunis Piano Moving, piano transport is our sole focus — and we do it every day.

Why Kunis

Three reasons that matter.
01

Piano-only specialization

This is all we do. Not a general mover that also handles pianos.

02

Premium coverage

$300,000 cargo and $3,000,000 liability insurance — coverage most competitors can’t match.

03

Since 1957

Three generations of the Kunis family, still hands-on.

The Method

How we move
your piano.

A coordinated sequence of small decisions, refined across thousands of instruments and three generations of practice.

01

Stairs, never rushed

Pianos are never rushed up or down stairs. We use specialized equipment and coordinated handling to safely navigate steps, landings, and tight turns.

02

Wrapped & stabilized

Each piano is wrapped in premium moving blankets and secured inside our truck using custom boards and professional-grade straps. It remains stabilized for the entire trip.

03

Your home, protected

Before any movement begins, we protect floors, doorways, and surrounding areas. We treat your home with the same care as your instrument.

04

Coordinated team

Every move is handled by a trained team that works together regularly. We follow procedures refined over decades of piano transport.

What to Expect

Three commitments
to every customer.

Scheduled arrival windows

We provide confirmed two-hour arrival windows so you are not waiting all day.

Clear communication

You will know when we are on the way and when we arrive.

Written estimates

Every move is quoted clearly in advance. No surprises.
